On the day of your event, rest assured that we at Crowned Events stand firmly by the adage “teamwork makes the dream work.” By working together in pairs of two or more at each event we curate, we make sure no detail is overlooked and you receive the best experience possible. We’re here to make your wedding day flawless and fun!
For All Events, The Day Of
- We arrive with a minimum of two coordinators
- Visit location you’re getting ready with coffee, extra timelines, and a bridal emergency kit in hand
- Head to venue before vendors begin arriving to ensure everything is running according to schedule
- Guest and vendor liaison
- Stay in contact with your bridal party to make sure everything running smoothly and according to timeline
- Set up and style according to mock-up all aspects of your wedding
- Line up procession and cue bridal party during processional
- Organize bridal party + cue vendors for grand entrance as well as all major events that will need to be captured by photographer or videographer
- Present for all aspects of ceremony and reception to ensure they run smoothly
- Work with bride, groom, and vendors at various key points throughout the night if any tweaks to timeline need to be made
- Prepare for the garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting, and grand exit including pulling around get away car
- Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities
- Collection of personal items and delivery to your hotel room
Full Coordination & Design
- Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence throughout engagement
- Thoughtful recommendation and booking of vendors + venue within your budget, according to your style and preference
- Wedding styling: color palette, mood board, and inspiration board creation personalized to you
- Coordinate and attend vendor design meetings
- Sourcing of all decor: through rental companies, thoughtfully purchased items, and/or (upscale) DIY projects specifically for you
- Venue Site Visits
- Budget Management
- Logistics Management
- Vendor Management, including but not limited to: florist, videographer, photographer, DJ, and rentals
- Timeline Management
- Advice and Consultation
- Creation of detailed wedding itinerary including event description for the wedding party, vendors, and all relevant contacts
- Access to our wedding planning software, Aisle Planner
- Rehearsal Orchestration
Partial Planning
- Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence throughout engagement
